Mini Goals for this week

Good Morning Babe,

It’s been a while since I have posted something however today I felt like I needed to post because I have been missing it. These past few months, I have been on a hectic rollercoaster of the good, the bad and the ugly. Even though these few months have been hectic. I have been so blessed with fighting demons that I thought I lost which made me lose all kinds of faith, belief in myself.

This past weekend I got a brand-new appreciation for myself and my journey as I realized that I was sabotaging it by being caught up in the negative words of people I do not even know.

I don’t feel as if I have fallen off the wagon, put on weight(even though I have) but I feel as if I got a kick in the behind to fight for myself, that self I took so long to get to.

So…Todays blog post is all about the mini goals I have set out for this week to help refresh my mind space of being the best version of myself.

My goals for the week are:

I would like to get something off my chest. No matter what happens while your  journey of life you are beautiful. This thing called life is tough, hectic and sometimes it may break you but let it break you in the person you are heading towards.
