January Goals

Happy New Year Everybabe!

Before we dive into the post. Here is my wish to you for the new year

“On this New Year, may you change your direction and not dates, change your commitments and not the Calendar, change your attitude and not the actions, and bring about a change in your faith, your force and your focus and not the fruit. May you live up to the promises you have made and may you create for you and your loved ones the Happiest New Year ever”

Last year was one pretty hard for me. I was in complete survival mode and I am kind of over it right now. This year I am determined to get out of the mode and onto the attack. Attacking and conquering all my goals. You know that saying “To eat an elephant, it takes one small bite at a time”? Well, that is way I have written down my million and one goals for the year and decided to break it down to small chunks (by months) so make sure I get to where I want to be and need to be by the year 2020.

My main focus this year is getting my sh*t in order and getting my health and summer 2019 snatched (did I just say that?)

Before I start I want to announce something. YourDailyJay have been my space and after 5 years in the blogging industry I have finally found my natural and passionate blogging voice. Last year I gained new followers,  new inspirations in my life (I hope to expand on this in future blog posts). I am saying goodbye to blogging topics and social media and starting to focus on my lifestyle, my lifestyle change, nutrition, fitness journey and everything my life is running on at the moment. which I am totally excited for

This month is all about getting the year started off right so my goals are mainly pointing to a different or kind of the same tone.
