15 WAYS TO PRACTISE SELF CARE

Hey Babe,

Previously on my blog, I posted a Self Care 101 guideline and since then Self Care has been my number one priority in my life. The moment I give my full attention to myself my life seems easier but there are times when I run out of ideas I decided to give share a list of ways to practice self-care on my blog just in case you may have the dilemma.

  1. Read a book (Ill be sharing my reading list shortly)
  2. Take a walk with your mom or bestfriend or dogs
  3. Write an entry in your journal
  4. Listen to your favourite music
  5. Go to bed early (My early is 8am)
  6. Apply a face mask k.a PAMPER TIME
  7. Organize your room
  8. Get Creative: Color in a coloring book
  9. Listen to your weekly podcasts
  10. Turn your phone off or put your phone on silent for a few hours
  11. Declutter your workspace
  12. Self Manicure and Pedicure
  13. Get to Gym and have a workout
  14. Cozy up in a blanket and watch your favourite series
  15. Treat yourself to a solo date
