Fitness Goals for 2019


There are moments where I can’t wait for 2018 to be over and then there are moments where I wish this year would never end. This year was probably the most challenging ever. I think the greatest thing that could have happen was me finally becoming aware of my body and health issues I have lived with. There are moments where I can’t wait for 2018 to be over and then there are moments where I wish this year would never end. This year was probably the most challenging ever. I think the greatest thing that could have happen was me finally becoming aware of my body and health issues I have lived with.

My fitness journey has been so hectic but I have fallen in love with working out and just getting things in to order. We all know the main goal for this journey is for me to get to a healthy weight right?

For the year 2019 I have more fitness goals than just losing weight, I actually want to become healthy obsessed with fitness and do so much more.

Every time I get dressed in the morning, sleep better or whatever you name it my confidence and love for myself increases and THAT is my main goal.

Here are my 6  fitness goals for the year

1.       Loss a minimum of 15kgs by 31 December 2019

2.       Run 5km by June 2019

3.       Be consistent throughout the year

4.       Stick to my nutritional plan

5.       Make fitness apart of my routine

7.       Do the 2019 Gun Run in October

I just got nervous there, But these are goals that I know I can make and conquer because I am seeing a new version of myself which I love.
